All product sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on any opened or used products,
period. We allow returns within 30 days of purchase only for products that are unopened, unused, and
in their original packaging. A valid receipt is required for all approved returns. For health, safety, and
hygiene reasons, once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. By purchasing
products from our salon, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
