• Complimentary re-dos are offered when the service does not align with the original consultation.

• Requests must be made within 7 days.

• The re-do appointment must also be scheduled within this 7-day window.

CONDITIONS

• Missing or canceling the re-do appointment forfeits the complimentary service.

• Requests after 7 days are no longer eligible for a free re-do.

• Re-dos only cover adjustments to the original service — not new or different services.
